A confession here, we put the word "strategic" in front of "planning" there to make it sound a bit more "consultanty". Planning isn't hard but it is essential. Sometimes when you're in the middle of everything it helps to have a different point of view to develop a clear way forward. We've been there and done this in small community groups and with large organisations and have experience to share.
